I Look Good Nutrition Challenge

Join us for a 4-week nutrition challenge. We will meet as a group once a week for 4- weeks for a one-hour online nutrition group coaching session, every Tuesday at 6:00 pm MST, beginning, Oct 4th, with replays available on health coach Michelle Fox's portal and private Facebook group. All sessions will be recorded. The theme is: I look Good! Participants are encouraged to be the best version of themselves and eat to add years to their life. The cost per person is $30 per person. Participants will receive an assessment, weekly health education, 2 food demos by Chef Lisa, and an opportunity to win prizes.
